WEEKEND PASS – includes two nights of camping. Enter any time after 4pm on Friday, June 23. Leave by 4pm on Sunday, June 25.

LOCATION: Clarita Clarita area. Our beautiful forested location is an easy 30-minute drive from San Fernando Valley. A small river runs through this gorgeous green canyon with lots of shade. The exact location will be sent with the ticket purchase.

The Main Program starts at 10am on Saturday, June 24. BUT if you want to feel the magic 24/7, purchase the Weekend Pass, which will allow you to camp overnight. Only a LIMITED NUMBER of Weekend Passes are available.

CAMPING
All spots are assigned upon arrival at the gate, depending on the size of your group. You cannot choose a specific spot.

This is a community event. Please do not form a separate camp around your tent. Instead, we invite you to bring all camping chairs to our Magic Meadow and join the fun!

Absolutely NO CARS next to your camp spot, as per LA County Fire Department requirements. You can drop off your belongings, then bring your car to the parking lot.

PARKING

Plenty of parking for Day Pass visitors. RV parking is limited. No parking next to the camping spots. Only drop off and pick up your gear.

KIDS AND FAMILY:

This event is family-friendly. People of all ages are welcome, with or without kids. If you bring your kids, please ensure that each little one has a ticket prior to arriving onsite. If your child is 3 or under, we ask that you fill out the Minor Information Form prior to arriving onsite. This helps us keep track of all children on site in case of emergency.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Camping chairs
  • Change of clothes for kids
  • Great mood and adventure mind
  • Sunscreen
  • Refillable water container, reusable plates and cutlery, cloth napkins

FOOD AND DRINKS

Delicious plant-based food will be available for purchase. You are welcome to bring your desired food or snacks.

Wine, beer, and cocktails will be sold at our bar.

WATER

Clean drinking water is provided on-site. Water stations are to refill water only and are not for washing dishes, clothes, or bathing in!

Please work with us to END SINGLE USE PLASTICS by bringing only large refillable containers for your campsite and a vessel for yourself.

GARBAGE COLLECTION

Elevating the Leave No Trace philosophy, we aim to “Leave it Better” than when we arrived. Set up a general waste collection within your campsite for food, personal cleaning products, etc., and find ways to limit your trash before you arrive by taking products out of their packaging. Also, bring reusable eating utensils, plates, cups, and cloth napkins.
We need your help in creating a zero-waste environment. If you pack it in, then plan to pack it out!
We constantly aim to find ways to help Mother Earth and take steps toward treating the land, trees, and animals respectfully. Help us set the example – it takes us all to make it happen!

ANIMAL COMPANIONS:

NO dogs, cats, birds, snakes, or fish – do not bring your animal companion. No animals are allowed on site. Any individuals bringing in their animals will be turned around at the gate. If found on-site with your animal, both of you will be asked to leave.

Service animals are defined by the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA) as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support (even if you purchased a vest for them) do NOT qualify as service animals under the ADA, and you will be asked to leave if you bring them.

CAMPFIRE/STOVES/GRILLS

Absolutely NO open flames – this includes fire pits, charcoal BBQs, and burn barrels. Propane grills and camp stoves are permitted.

The only open fire is the venue’s central campfire, which staff will maintain throughout the event. This common location is open to all, but please self-monitor you and your children if there are people waiting to spend time there as well. Please do not leave your belongings in the circle around the fire and on camping chairs. All unattended belongings will be transferred to Lost and Found.

MEDICAL AID

We will have trained professional medical care available on site. If you require help, please flag down one of our Wizards.
